Samsung J700

Rarely do you find a cell phone with superb quality and as cheap as the Samsung J700. With 1.3 megapixel camera you will have great image quality. Along with its ease of access photo keys along with video playback ability, it really is a great all around phone! For entertainment purposes this phone supports full Java, so you can download a ton of different games for free right over the internet with your brand new Samsung J700. With some phones you will notice hang ups in your gaming or general application use with the Java platform, but this is non existent on the Samsung J700 due to its high memory, and good OS efficiency. This really is a great cell phone, especially for the price, for just about anyone. The biggest drawback that I find about this phone is that it does everything very well, it doesn't really exceed expectations in any certain field. It has an average camera, average MP3 player, average radio ETC. This isn't necessarily a problem but can be quite disappointing for people that are expecting too much from this phone.

The Samsung J700 is a very AVERAGE phone. This phone will not cure cancer, it will not playback you top favorite 1,000,000 songs and it most certainly will NOT take a picture better than your digital camera. First thing is first, the music player.

The music player on the Samsung J700 works just like you would expect a normal phone to work, 30 song playlists and you can jam as much music as you can fit into an expandable memory card. The sound quality is a little worse than an actually music playing device, such as an Ipod or something like that. But overall this should satisfy ANYONE just looking to listen to some music while on the go occasionally. Also this phone has a built in FM radio, which requires that you have headphones plugged in as to not blow out the speaker from listening for too long.

Next, the camera, 1.3 Mega pixels is enough for your average person. You cannot become a CSI detective with 1.3 Mega pixels, but you can tell what the picture is with it. Do not throw away your digital camera because those have an average of 8 Mega pixels... big difference right? But for a device that is meant for talking and occasionally texting this will work, just don't expect miracles and you won't be disappointed.

This phone is easy to text with and a very simple setup that I believe anyone can modify whatever they want on it to suit their personal interests. But from what I have read online people expect too much out of this phone and are disappointed, seriously for how much you pay for this phone compared to an iPhone, can you expect it to have the same functions? Realize its limitations before you purchase and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
