How to Make Your Own Rabbit Hutch

Finding a good cage for a rabbit is hard to do, the small ones are something we can afford but not good for the rabbit as there is no room to move around in. The bigger more sophisticated cages are way to expensive so what do we do? Build a rabbit hutch for your rabbit!

Building a hutch for your rabbit is a fairly inexpensive and painless process that will take you about 2 hours for a nice sized multilevel condo for your furry little friend! This is of course affected by if you have help and if you are good at using tools.

Feel free to experiment too, using a unique design and improving it is a fantastic idea. Making your rabbit happier the more space and jumping room you give it.

Assuming you have all of the power tools and everything like that, expect around $175. This is for a fantastic cage though and you can get by on less and just add to it later.
