How to Increase Globulin Levels

Low globulin levels can be caused from a number of things from liver disease, to malnutrition. Now I don't want to worry you if you have lower globulin levels, but it is best to make sure it isn't anything serious with your physician. If he gives you the clear, then it is in fact your nutrition that is causing this issue and can be easily addressed by following a few tips.

Eat More Soy

Soy has very high Globulin levels and as long as you are not allergic reaction to it, is a very easy way to increase globulin levels. Since there are plenty of small snacks you could consume throughout the day, such as soy nuts, drink some soy milk, maybe eat a soy burger for lunch. Soy really is a magical food, and can easily increase your globulin to the area you need.

Seafood Can Also Increase Globulin Levels!

Seafood has very high amounts of globulin and could easily fit into nearly anyones diet. Shrimp to my knowledge is the highest, along with oysters. Most fish has some as well, so if you like any of the above, why not make it for dinner every now and then?

Eggs

Eggs are a very breakfast friendly food that have an impressive amount of globulin along with MANY other vitamins and minerals that your body need. So if you don't already eat breakfast in the morning, now is a good time to start with an egg or two and some whole wheat toast. Since whole wheat also has globulin its a two birds one stone scenario.

Dried Fruits and Veggies

Another great snack options is various dried fruits and veggies, such as taking a pack of raisins with you to work to snack on. Not to mention the other vitamins and minerals that you get from them, they are delicious and great for you!
