Obesity increases the risk of a lot of serious health conditions, and diabetes is one the worst ones that nobody wants to get. Obesity has been running rampant throughout our country for a long time now, but noone wants to really be obese. Making the change is hard but with a little advice and will power you can do it!
Diet
Try using a online Calorie counter to see how many calories you are intaking on a daily basis, and be honest with yourself. If this is more than 2,000 than no matter who you are you should consider trying to cut this down. Even dropping 100 calories every day turns out to be 700 a week which is almost a half a days worth of eating by not drinking that soda or something simple like that. High fiber diets fill you up faster with less calories. Start eating more fruits and vegetables to replace your breads and pastas.
Your fast weight loss diet should be made before going shopping so you will be more apt to stick to the list and not buy as much junk food that will be tempting for you to consume.

Do not drop something from your diet all together at one time such as pop, lots of people have trouble with this. If you drop it all at once you run the risk of going back to the food and over indulging. Gradually drop everything bad for you down in your diet from every day to every other day ETC.

Do push yourself, if you don't notice that you are trying to change your lifestyle as in your aren't having any hardships whatsoever. Burning calories through exercising is a great way to get a boost to your metabolism. Both of which are needed for real fast results. Weight lifting is great because the higher your muscle to fat ratio the more fat your muscles burn even when you aren't using them. There is also cardio which is more closely related to actually burning calories and fat, just make sure to do a little something exercise related on a daily basis at the least if you would like fast results. As long as you get your heart pumping you have got a little bit of a workout get it beating for 15 minutes and you start burning fat. So if you workout for 30 minutes every day and get your heart pumping pretty hard for a majority of the time you will burn quite a bit of fat on a daily basis. Of course this would be really hard on your heart if you jumped into a exercise like this right away. You need to push yourself but your heart needs to be worked up to that point or you run the risk of heart failure.

Water
Drinking water is an essential when trying to get healthy, with plenty of water your body can run at its optimum performance. Drinking your recommended 8-10 glasses of water a day will also curb your appetite and clean your system. Try to drink your water throughout the day and not to just realize you are nowhere near your daily need and drink it all at once. You need to ration it out throughout the day to gain the full effect. If you don't like the taste of water, or lack thereof you can get flavor packets but try to get used to the taste of water so ration them out throughout the day.

Many supplements are a bad idea, but there are some that can help you in your endeavour that you should go to your local GNC and ask about some of them and ask which ones they personally use and what use they could have to you. This is getting on the expensive side so make sure you shop smart as these drugs are not regulated by the FDA you have to be careful with them. Also MAKE SURE TO DRINK MORE WATER! When on supplements you MUST drink a lot more water than usual to make up for the difference, the exact amount depends on which supplements you are using. Many places will not suggest using supplements but I am an avid user of them when working out and have had fantastic results with them. I use them smart though and you should too!
