How to Increase Rate of Glucose Transport
71Increasing the rate at which glucose transports throughout your body is a fairly simple matter in itself. Although there can be some pretty serious side effects if the rate of transport is too low, but I will try and focus on what you can do to simply increase it with minimal effort and hopefully without potentially harmful drugs in the process.
There are two ways to increase the rate at which glucose transports. First is increasing the number of glucose carriers. This makes sense because more will get around your body faster if there are more transports carrying them throughout your body. Secondly you can increase glucose concentration. A higher concentration of glucose will make what glucose your body does transport much more effective. So that might not mean much to you right now but the more information you have the easier it will be. So getting a combination of these two is optimal and is best case scenario. A few more glucose transports with a bit more of a glucose concentration will significantly increase your rate of glucose transport.
How to Increase Glucose Carriers
It seems as though glucose carriers are at their highest point in the mornings for a great majority of people. As well as seeing a spike when eating grains and yeast foods. One of the best foods you can eat though to increase glucose is to have some natural high protein foods. For example: Soy, milk, nuts, and even peanut butter. This is not all too well documented a proven, mostly a lot of theory but the theory has some grounds for possibly being fact.
So basically waking up earlier and having a beagle for breakfast, along with a grain snack throughout the day should help increase your Glucose carriers. Make sure to keep it healthy grains and not bleached and processed grains.
How to Increase Glucose Concentration
Glucose concentration is a lot easier to explain and easier to achieve results. As readily digestible starches are 100% glucose, adding them to your diet on a regular basis will greatly increase your concentration of glucose.
Now since this step is so easy you can accidentally take it too far and possibly get too much glucose at once. So take care to monitor your glucose levels and adjust your diet accordingly with your doctor.
Some Things to Remember
First of all remember that diet and exercise go a long way. Have 3 healthy meals every day and getting up every now and then will work a lot better than any miracle cure out there. Now I know noone can and will change over night so make sure to set realistic goals for yourself if you need to. Vow to actually eat breakfast if you usually skip for a week or maybe a month then start to eat healthy for lunch. Small steps like that can really make a huge difference in the long run.
And finally make sure you consult with your physician the whole way. Nothing here is advice nor fact, this is just information. Only your doctor and you can make the right decision for you, remember that!

I have always been told protein along with carbs help keep the sugar levels from rising or falling too fast. I use it in my life and for me it works well. Those would be soy milk, cheese and meat.
